Refund Policy

Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance is required for all appointment.

Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the project, the payment will not be refunded.

Company Cancellation: If the company cancels the appointment for any reason, a full refund of the advance payment will be provided.

This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for both parties involved.

Eligibility for Refund

Only credits bought are eligible for refund, if you have received any service against those credits, we won’t be able to refund it.

To request a refund please write us at divya@deformity.co.in from your register email address.

After reviewing all the details of refund request we will process your refund in 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
